In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one registered account on ckb888. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited at the Operator's discretion. 3.4 Accurate Information. You represent and warrant that all registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. 4.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ckb888 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 5.2 Currency. All transactions on ckb888 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Operator does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion.

5.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the ckb888 cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Members are responsible for reviewing current minimum transaction requirements before initiating any financial transaction.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. 5.5 Own Funds. 6.3 Abuse. 7.1 Game-Specific Rules. 7.2 Sportsbook Settlements. Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with ckb888's sportsbook rules. 7.3 Technical Failures. 7.4 Malfunctions. Obvious errors, malfunctions, or system errors in any game or platform component shall render all related bets or wagers void. ckb888 shall not be liable to pay out winnings resulting from a clear technical error or system malfunction, and any such payouts made in error may be recouped by the Operator.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ckb888 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics;
• Colluding with other players, staff members, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, chargeback abuse, or use of stolen payment credentials;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ckb888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, display, or create derivative works of any platform content without the Operator's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckb888 and the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

The Operator's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from use of the ckb888 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their ckb888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The ckb888 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any content thereon.

ckb888 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices among all Members. The following tools are available to all registered Members directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications and automatic logout when you reach your predefined session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your ckb888 account to prevent further access to the platform.

ckb888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, the Operator will endeavour to notify affected Members via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the ckb888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the ckb888 support team.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Operator's jurisdiction of incorporation and the terms of the international gaming licence under which ckb888 operates.

The Operator is committed to addressing all legitimate complaints promptly and fairly.
